By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
general
| Ⅰ | You must be 18 or older to commission me.| Ⅱ | My commissions are not first come first serve.| Ⅲ | I won't necessarily post the commission anywhere on my social media.
• However, paying for promoted posts is an option.| Ⅳ | If you're interested or have questions, contact me through my twitter DMs, or business email!
copyrights and use
Artist's rights ――――
| Ⅰ | As the artist, I retain full copyrights of the commissioned artwork, including but not limited to:
My own use/promotional needs, recording and sharing wips and the finished work on my socials/portfolio, etc.
If client wishes to keep the commission private, this needs to be addressed and agreed on before starting.
| Ⅱ | If the commission is fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point in any form: such as prints, in my patreon etc.
• This does not apply to oc's, and other private characters.
| Ⅲ | I reserve rights to decline any commission.| Ⅳ | Client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.

| Ⅴ | Customer agrees to personal use only:
Do not: Claim the commission as your own.
Do not: Remove, edit, or otherwise alter my watermark nor any other piece of the artwork (this incluides repainting, making bases, etc).
Do not: Associate my work with NFTs/crypto or AI art/AI programs.
Do not: Re-sell, use for merch or use in any profitable ways, unless paid for commercial use.

You can: Upload or post the commission to free-to-view accounts and social medias.
You can: Use the artwork as your profile picture, banner, and in any other non-profit ways.

| Ⅰ | Commercial possibilities must be inquired about at the start of the commission process!| Ⅱ | Commercial fee is +50% to +100% from the original price of chosen commission type.| Ⅲ | Commercial fee applies but is not limited to:
merchandise, game illustrations, book/album/comic content, promotional art, reproducing and selling the illustration or receiving a profit from a medium/platform where the art is posted, etc.
| Ⅳ | NOTE: I as the artist reserve full rights to the illustrations created, even when the commercial rights-fee is applied to commission.
The commercial rights do not give the client the rights to alter/edit the commission or claim the artwork as your own.
payment
| Ⅰ | Full payment in EUR (€) is taken UPFRONT via PAYPAL.| Ⅱ | Larger payments (over 400€) can be split in two if requested.
The first payment (50%) is made before work on the commission starts.
Then the second, remaining payment will be made once a sketch is finalized.
| Ⅲ | My commissions are non-refundable, unless I am personally unable to finish your commission.| Ⅳ | I reserve rights to adjust my commission prices accordingly.
• Prices shown are base prices.
• Pricing varies depending on complexity, character amount, etc.

| Ⅴ | I offer rush-spot commissions and promoted posts on my socials for additional fees.

process
What you need to provide me ――――
| Ⅰ | Commission is officially added to queue once it's invoice is paid.| Ⅱ | Provide as much reference material as you can! The more visual references I have, the better results you will get. And if there is anything specific you want to see in the artwork, always let me know.
Non-visual and unfinished compilations as reference are considered as character design, which cost additional.~
Working ――――
| Ⅲ | Wips are usually given in these three stages:
➀:Finished sketch ➁:Colours down ➂:Finished piece.| Ⅳ | Bigger changes to commission can only be made during sketching process.
I won't change the pose of the drawing if you don't ask for a specific one from the beginning.
After the final sketch, bigger changes will cost additional.
| Ⅳ | Commission process is around 4 to 8 weeks.
• May vary from way to other depending on commission size and work amount.| Ⅴ | The client will receive: a digital PNG/JPG/or PDF of the commission with my watermark.
Client agrees that the commissions are only digital goods, no physical items.

Check through my Terms of service (TOS) before contacting me. My commissions open up every few months, and once they do you can see it on my twitter (@madyaxx), and here on the home page.
Once they're open, you can DM me about your commission idea! Do so preferably through my email or my TWITTER DM's.
You'll need to give me references of the wanted character, and if you for example have specific ideas for the poses and other things you want me to take into account.
