PROCESS:

⬛❘ Reference photos/reference sheets are necessary and will be asked for.
⬛❘ Changes to commission can only be made during sketching process. After final sketch, bigger changes will cost extra.
⬛❘ Commission process is around 4 to 8 weeks, but may vary from way to other. (depending on my studies and commission size.)
⬛❘ The client will receive: a digital PNG/JPG/or PDF version of the commission to their email, which includes my watermark.

∙ Splitting payment can be discussed upon if the piece is large.
⬛❘ My commissions are non-refundable.
⬛❘ I reserve rights to adjust pricing of the commission and my prices accordingly.

∙ My own use/promotional needs such as sharing it via social media, sharing WIPS, using it on my websites, portfolio,
editing/updating the artwork later on (BUT never changing the commissioner's character designs on my own) etc.
⬛❘ Personal use only. Do not: turn into NFTS, re-sell, or use to make profit of in any way.
⬛❘ Do not: claim the art as your own or remove my watermark on your own.
⬛❘ Client can: upload the commission to free-to-view accounts and social medias. Please still link to me as the creator.
⬛❘ If client wants to keep the commission private, this needs to be addressed and agreed upon before starting.
⬛❘ I reserve rights to decline any commission.COMMERCIAL USE:

⬛❘ I do commercial work, but requires to be inquired upon beforehand.
⬛❘ Commercial fee applies but is not limited to: merch, game illustrations, book/album/comic content, promotional art, content posts under your business, reproducing and selling the illustration or receiving a profit from a medium/platform where the art is posted, etc.
⬛❘ Commercial fee is +50% to +100% from the original price.
⬛❘ Credit: The client must credit the artist in any public display or use of the artwork.
⬛❘ I as the creator reserve full rights to the illustrations created.ADDITIONAL INFO:

⬛❘ You must be 18 or older to commission me.
⬛❘ I won't necessarily post the commission anywhere, therefore it cannot be an expectation from the customer.
